Nicole Zeigler is an Interior Designer and founder of enzy design, a full service interior design firm serving the greater Salt Lake Valley. Along with her 20+ years of experience in the design & remodeling industry, Nicole has a BA in Interior Design from Michigan State University, and is NCIDQ certified. She is also a Past President of the Intermountain Chapter of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). Her specialties include Kitchen & Bathroom Design, Remodeling, Architectural Interior Design, and Interior Space Planning. She has been featured in Utah Style & Design magazine, and has won several industry design awards.Nicole’s passion for design and the impact it has on lives has led her to her involvement with Design for a Difference, as a National Ambassador.

Mark Hofeling has designed and art directed over 70 productions for film and television over his decades long career – ranging from horror films like “Army of Darkness” to Disney Musicals such as the “High School Musical” trilogy. Izzy Esposito is an Industrial Designer currently working at Klugonyx Group in Salt Lake City. Originally from Stamford, Connecticut, Izzy graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Industrial Design in 2019 and promptly found herself in the Mountain West following graduation. Chris Owens is a Product Designer working for local creative agency Canvas. Since his teenage years, Owens’ personality has been molded by a passion for art and, more specifically, a connection to hip-hop culture. In his youth, he possessed a rare artistic impulse that kept him constantly designing in order to improve and progress his skill set. Peter Makowski is the Acting Director of Business Development for Salt Lake City’s Department of Economic Development. While working in the outdoor recreation industry for 7 years, he attended the University of Utah where he earned a Bachelors Degree in City and Metropolitan Planning. Upon graduation, he spent 4 years working in the Business Development Division of Ogden City, specializing in marketing, real estate, recruiting and retention efforts, community development finance, and small business assistance. He managed Ogden’s Small Business Loan Program, the City’s Business Information Center, and served as Executive Director of Wasatch Community Funding CDFI.

Peter is a Salt Lake City native and an active member of the community. He enjoys the outdoors and moonlights as a musician.

Daelin Arney is a Product Designer and Student – currently working in SLC for the firm IP Advertising and Promotions while completing a degree at the University of Utah in Sustainable Product Design and Development (a custom degree crafted by Daelin and advisors). Daelin’s approach to sustainable product design is centered on the use of materials that are recyclable, biodegradable and have limited impact on the environment during manufacturing, such as various bioplastics and mushroom fiber composites. Quinell Dixon is a world traveling choreographer, fulltime niche project embroider, and small business owner. Quinell began his journey as a creative entrepreneur roughly five years ago, with expected spurts and stops, until landing on his current business venture that fully compliments his creative and artistic talents. Embroidery allows Quinell the freedom to work on his company and brand by day, and dance choreography by night. Quinell expressed – “Stay true to who you are, and use the gifts and talents that the Lord has already put before your face to inspire and encourage the world, money will make a way for itself as a natural byproduct.” Thank you Quinell for an insightful and spirited interview!

Lauren Bald is the Design Director at cityhomeCOLLECTIVE, a boutique real estate and interior design firm located in Salt Lake City. Jessica Bender is an Interior Designer who has been working in the industry for nearly 20 years and currently runs her own local studio under the name “Box Street Design”. Jessica graduated from the University of Utah in Fine Art in 2006 before getting her Graduate Degree from Parsons School of Design in New York City in 2008. Jessica has collaborated with many local interior designers and architects as a freelancer both before and after her studies took her to New York. She is also the lead designer for the local restaurant chain Cubby’s.


Brandon Fratto is the Creative Director for TWIO, a brand + digital marketing agency in Salt Lake City. He recently returned to TWIO following a few years spent at Barebones, an outdoor lifestyle company. As Barebones’ Director of Brand & Product Strategy, he oversaw the strategy and execution of new product design, development & marketing. Passionate about Brand and visual communication, Brandon earned his BFA in graphic design from Utah State University and has worked as a creative in Salt Lake for the past 19 years. Gary Vlasic is the CreatIve Director and Founder of V. PROJECT, an art and design creative studio. Gary’s background includes a 20 year career as dancer and director of a Contemporary Dance Company called CO4 – COMPANY OF FOUR.

CO4’s inspiration was from Site specific performances and it was that site work that then began his design studio and experiential event production company V. PROJECT. This company has structured itself to tackle event design, production and fabrication, art installation and fabrication, lighting design, sculpture and mixed media fine art.

With 25 years of events and art production, the work varies from corporate exhibition design, interior design to major events for the Sundance Film Festival, product design and product manufacturing from India which includes a home accessory line called C.G Sparks. Art Projects range from large scale commissioned light sculptures to dance/ theater performances, set designs, experiential art, and choreographed events in a variety of sites in the nation. V. PROJECT’s resources include, design, fabrication. set up, shipping, fulfillment, staffing and fabrication teams. The company is based in Salt Lake City and New York City. Gary’s work as a fine artist includes performance art and performance events as well as a 

multi-media and mixed media sculpture and 2-dimensional  artworks.
